The core values of genuine leadership are character, integrity, and accountability. These leadership traits have remained nonnegotiable for generations. A common grievance I hear from church leaders is," I cannot seem to keep my people committed to our vision." The church leaders of today must become open to implementing a ministry model where the vision of the leader and those following compliments one another rather than competes. A good deal is only good when everyone wins.
